9D BREATHWORK
9D Breathwork is a powerful, immersive journey that combines guided breathing with sound, vibration, and visualization. Using special headphones and an eye mask, you’re taken through a multi-sensory experience designed to engage both the body and subconscious mind.
Each session explores a different theme — from emotional release to empowerment or deep rest — guiding you through waves of breath, music, and sound frequencies that help reset the nervous system, expand awareness, and connect you back to your inner truth.
SOUNDBATH
A meditative experience where you’re immersed in healing vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.
As you rest and listen, sound frequencies gently guide your brainwaves into slower, calmer states, similar to deep meditation or sleep. On a cellular level, these vibrations can help release tension held in the body, improve circulation, and support the parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest, digestion, and repair.
You don’t have to do anything, just lie down, breathe, and receive. The body remembers how to find harmony when given the right frequency.
