Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. If payment is not made in advance, you’re welcome to pay on arrival, subject to availability.
Any cancellation or change within 24 hours of your session is fully charged. Missed classes and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Umoja does not issue cash refunds. You may receive a voucher of equal value, depending on the situation. Vouchers can be used for services or juice bar items.
If we cancel or postpone a session, your payment will be credited or transferred to another session of your choice.
We encourage punctuality. Depending on the nature of the class and facilitator discretion, you may not be allowed to join if you arrive late.
You're welcome to do that if there are spots available. Sometimes classes are cancelled, so make sure you reach out first to make sure the class is happening.
Yes. You’re responsible for notifying us of any health conditions that may affect your participation in classes, therapies, or events.
Yes. By booking any service or treatment at Umoja, you agree to participate at your own risk and release our staff and practitioners from liability.
